Sleep apnoea is a common condition, although it is often unreported. The condition causes interruption in breathing during sleep. Sleep interruption can lead ti tiredness during the day and has been linked to an increased risk for hypertension and accidents, especially on the road.
One of the main risk factor for sleep apnoea is obesity. Thus, it is not surprising that researchers at Karolinska Institute of Sweeden have suggested a method to improve the condition, ie. weight loss. Based on a study of 63 obese men aged between 30 and 65, significant weight loss (weight-loss group lost an average of 19 kg) was found to help people with moderate to mild sleep apnoea.

Nowadays many people are facing scalp problems. There are various reasons for such issues like hair fall out, break off, slow growth and many others. Because of these troubles people are facing peeling scalp, dandruff and itching problems.

2. Dry scalp: This is another reason for scalp problems. This basically happens because of climate changes. If you are moving in dry or heat area you might get this problem. To keep safe from this issue you should get the deep conditioning treatment.
Many other causes are there like oily scalp, scalp acne but these all causes can be treated on time to keep the scalp healthy.
