1. Drink more water – You have to drink everyday. How much water you have top drink? It simple. The theory is you have to devide your total weigh by 2. Example, if your weigh is 180 pounds, so 180 devide by two is 90. So, you have to drink 90 ounces of water a day.

2. Eat – That’s right, eat. You have to eat everyday. Why i’m saying this. If you don’t eat, your body metabolism will going down, it will shut down. So, that’s why you should eat regularly to make sure your body protect you from famine. Eat breakfast is most important to ‘awake’ your metabolism.
