Giving birth is the reward that mothers get from months of pregnancy, days of morning sickness, hours of labor, and a minute of relief. Just a minute of relief from seeing her newborn baby covers all the pain that she suffers during her pregnancy, morning sickness, and labor. Nothing is more precious and heart-warming than the moment when a mother sees her newborn baby. Getting pregnant, however, is different than the emotion that she feels in giving birth; excitement, frustration, and anxiety.
A woman’s pregnancy usually lasts from seven to nine months. Every week there are changes, week by week that small fetus will become a formed baby. Pregnancy week by week is a guide for the fetal development during your pregnancy. It is a pregnancy calendar that will help you track how well your baby develops and how your body changes as well. The duration of pregnancy is divided into trimesters. The first trimester is from weeks one to twelve, where the embryo will begin to develop starting from head to bottom and from the center to the peripherals and will become a fetus. Heartbeat can also be detected from ultrasounds. The second trimester is from 13th to 27th week, where the baby will suddenly grow and the mother will start to feel movements. During the third trimester—week 28 and up—other parts and organs will become fully developed. For this last trimester, excitements will increase, frustrations may emerge, and anxiety may arise. But after you’ll give birth to a baby, one emotion will conquer and that is happiness.

I am one of those people who are trying hard to get in shape. However, just like most of them, I failed. I always get that ineffective diet plan and supplements that I don’t really want to take up. One good thing is that, I came up with the perfect research and found alternatives on how to lose up my weight. It is simply about making my very own low fat protein bar recipe and finding the best creatine.
I really want to share my success of losing weight with you, so, here’s the preparation of making our own low-fat protein bar recipe at home. This recipe doesn’t actually take me too long to have it. Since 5 minutes is already enough.
- 40 grams of rolled oats
- 35 grams Whey Protein (Chocolate is great for this recipe)
- 20 ml Honey or Set up the honey by using Agave Nector for as low as the glycemic substitute.
- Get 20 ml of water.
No, We should add the oats and whey into the bowl and mix them together. When using set honey, simply put it into the microwave for 30 seconds to soften it up and drizzle the honey into the mixture. When needed, you can ask water, but you should avoid to making it gooey. After then, you can shape it into a form of bar or simply straight it up on the fridge.
Moreover, everyone of us would like to reap off fast results and we tend to use supplements. That’s what I actually did, but I was really wrong. I think, the best point for us to remember when buying supplement is that, more science which is behind the product that could substantiate the manufacturers claims, it is likely that the products will give off better results. So, I took up my time looking for supplements with the best creatine and I really found them up working for me. Now, I already have this ideal body and ready to fit any size of clothes now, which I probably can’t when I’m fat.
